Narince is a local grape variety in Capadoccia, Central Turkey. The vineyards are situated on 1000 metres altitude where climate is very continental. Ripe, full bodied with citrus, stone fruits and floral notes, refreshing acidity

Sancerre Blanc, Silex, Jean Marie Reverdy et Fils, Loire Valley, France 2018

Classic Sauvignon Blanc From Loire Valley. Dry, crisp, with hints of gooseberry, green apples and white flowers. Light, crisp and dry.

Textured, ripe, exotic and citrus fruit, hint of honey and and roasted nut flavours. Flinty with some salinity on the palate.

Text book Chablis, with subtle fruit and mineral, dry palate with mineral back bone, citrus and apple fruit with a stoney minerality.

Citrus, pear, almond aromas and flavours held together with a refreshing acidity. Made from Biodynamic grapes with minimum intervention. Kevin John has an amazing ability to age while providing very good drinking early on.

F.X. Pichler, Loibner Loibenberg Riesling Smaragd, Wachau, Austria 2017

F.X. Pichler makes some of the best wines in Austria and beyond.The Riesling from the large Loibenberg vineyards are opulent with stone fruits, apple and citrus notes to name a few.Great dry riesling that is drinking very well now and would age for years to come.

Sangreal Pinot Noir is made by using a large percentage of whole bunch. It has a got a very perfumed nose, soft tannins and a refreshing acidity. Gentle red and blue fruits balanced with some sweet spices.

Pendore, Syrah, Kavaklidere, Aegean, Turkey 2014

Made at the super modern Pendore estate in the Agean region of Turkey.The wine is full bodied, ripe tannins, spices like black pepper and liquorice. Ripe black berries, black cherry as well.

A very well made Cabernet Sauvignon, savoury, ripe fruits, natural ferment with full body. Prunes, ripe black currant and touch of balsamic notes.

Clau de Nell, Anjou Cabernet Franc, Loire Valley, France

Very varietal Cabernet Franc, floral, blue and black berries, refreshing with moderate tannins. Drinking well now and will age a few years to come.

Fèlsina Berardenga, Rancia, Chianti Classico Riserva, Tuscany, Italy 2015

Rancia is a powerful, robust Chianti that is characteristics of Chianti coming from the South of the Chianti Classico zone. They are almost more like the Wines from Montalcino to the south.Dark, spicy, aromas with cherry plum and tobacco notes. Suitable for vegans .

Le Clos Jordanne, Le Grand Clos, Niagara, Ontario, Canada 2017

Canada is well known for their Ice Wines we believe they deserve more recognition for their still wines across the board.
This Pinot noir has got the raspberry and strawberry fruit along with some blue berry fruit. Refreshing with some spice and soft tannins.

Concentrated flavours of apple, peach and citrus, sweetness is balanced by a zingy acidity. Ice Wine is a treat one can enjoy with variety of desserts as well as just on its own.

Arcadia, 333, Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Kirklareli, Thrace, Turkey 2013 (Half Bottle)

Sweet, aromas of candied citrus, saffron and dry apricots. Delicious! We recommend it either to be enjoyed after a meal on its own or apple based desserts.

* Mount Horrocks, Cordon Cut Riesling, Clare Valley, South Australia 2018 (Half Bottle)

Cordon cut refers to the vineyard practice in which once the grapes are ripe the holding cane is cut to allow the grapes to increase their sweetness level. The wine is sweet with refreshing acidity, citrus jam and ripe apple and honey flavours.
